Today I read about Abraham Lincoln.Here are some facts I learned.Abraham Lincoln was born February 12,1809 in Kentucky.He loved America not because of its power but because of its freedom.His rise to power was not due to any type of hand out from someone else.As Abraham Lincoln grew into a young man ,he worked different jobs from splitting fire wood,to shop keeping, to even becoming a postmaster.He was shot and killed by John Wilkes Booth, a supporter of the South.
